Jaeyong (Danny) Han is a Postdoctoral Research Scholar in the Water Equity Lab in the School of Geographical Sciences and Urban Planning at Arizona State University.
Han's research sits at the intersection of Environmental, Public and Urban Economics. He investigates how environmental disamenities—from information about pollution to climate-driven land subsidence—impact housing markets, residential equilibria, and public health outcomes.
Han received his PhD in Economics from Duke University in May 2025. Prior to Duke, he received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and completed his primary and secondary education in the United Kingdom.
