Manny has passionately worked alongside students, families, teachers, school leaders, and district leaders for the past 17 years. Manny has experience as a 2nd & 3rd grade dual language teacher, K-8 teacher leadership coach, K-5 Assistant Principal, and a K-12 equity strategist and consultant.
Manny is a proud first-generation, bilingual, Peruvian American who was born and raised on the north side of Chicago, IL. Manny designs all of his professional learning and coaching sessions with 3 principles: CONTEXT, CURIOSITY, and COMMITMENTS. Manny ensures his clients are positioned to vulnerably share, interrogate neutrality, and champion success for those who are most impacted by inequities by artfully balancing care, truth, and acknowledgement of power.
