Ashlee Atkins is an accomplished HR professional with experience within training, recruitment, and project management with a focus on diversity and inclusion within the workforce. In her current role as a Director, HR, Culture and Inclusion at ASU Enterprise Partners, she is responsible for developing and implementing strategies, programs, and initiatives that promote inclusion while partnering with their Inclusive Excellence Council, Employee Resource Groups, HR Business Partners and other key stakeholders to deliver our Inclusive Excellence strategy.
Ashlee has also sat on the boards of Greater Phoenix Urban League Young Professionals, the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources Arizona Chapter (NAAAHRAZ) and National Coalition of 100 Black Women Phoenix Metropolitan Chapter. In 2022, she was a recipient of Phoenix Business Journal 40 under 40, 2022 Color Magazine 40 under 40 and the Greater Phoenix Chamber’s Athena award finalist in the young professional sector. Ashlee is also a proud active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
