In 2011, Patrick McDonald joined Arizona State University in the Hugh Downs School of Human Communication as a faculty instructor. During his time with ASU, Mr. McDonald has taught on a wide variety of communication topics, including small group, interpersonal, relational, and organizational. He currently instructs in both class room and online environments, and assists in the administration of internet course offerings.
Before joining ASU, Mr. McDonald managed training departments for several large organizations. This experience includes the development and delivery of front line training programs, managing large-scale training initiatives, hiring and managing training professionals, and internal consulting with operational and Human Resources departments.
