  • Associate Teaching Professor at ASU dedicated to fostering belonging in science through inclusive teaching, mentoring, and research on animal communication, while leading programs that connect and inspire future scientists.
  • Zack Shaffer is an Assistant Teaching Professor with ASU’s School of Life Sciences. He teaches large enrollment introductory biology courses. As a researcher he studies the insect societies (ants, honey bees, paper wasps).
