Olcay Ünver is a global leader in public policy, governance, and management of water resources; water and food security; and international development. He is the 2023 recipient of IWRA’s prestigious Crystal Drop Award.

Tessa DeConcini is a graduate student, representative, and research assistant in the College of Global Futures pursuing an M.S. in Sustainability and a Graduate Certificate in Environmental and Sustainability Economics.

Adam studies the policy processes associated with public infrastructure investment, particularly the relationship between the design of the institutions responsible for water infrastructure and system sustainability.
