Patty Ferguson-Bohnee has substantial experience in Indian law, election law and policy matters, voting rights, and status clarification of tribes. She is the director of the Indian Legal Clinic at ASU.

Alberto Olivas is a Professor of Practice in ASU’s School of Public Affairs and directs the Spirit of Service Scholars program. Previously, he was Founding Executive Director of the Ed Pastor Center for Politics (2016–2025).
