Brian F. O’Neill is a sociologist in the College of Global Futures. His work is inspired by environmental sociology, political ecology, and political economy, with a focus on water, oceans, and climate change adaptation.

The violences that sex workers experience--particularly state violence--drives Dr. Jackson’s research of U.S. sex worker rights organizing and domestic anti-sex trafficking ideology.
