Durfee's research, teaching, and service focus on intersectionality, structural intersectionality, social justice, policy and domestic violence, including mandatory arrest policies and protection orders, using mixed-methods.

Chanley has taught a range graduate and undergraduate courses in the social sciences, with focus on public administration and political science, especially in public policy, women and gender, ethnic and racial studies.

Wilkey has more than seven years of experience as a counselor providing Domestic Violence Offender Treatment and is passionate about issues of domestic violence and criminal justice.

Dr. Wachter's goal is to generate applied research for local, national, and international practitioners and policy makers to alleviate the psychosocial consequences of forced migration and violence against women.
