Bri uses mixed qualitative methods to better understand the social, religious, and sociopolitical experiences of immigrant communities living in the U.S. Southwest.

Dr. Gwiszcz's research and practice focuses on capacity building mechanisms for sustainability/sustainable development aimed at addressing socioecological justice, global environmental change, and human rights concerns.

Mirtha Garcia is currently a Ph.D. Sociocultural Anthropology Candidate. She is researching the experience of trans individuals who reside in Spain to help create policies and academic work that can help trans communities.

Kroo's research uses sociolinguistic and linguistic anthropological methodologies to understand post-disaster communities, migration, and future imagining with a focus on Japan and Korea.
