Oberle's expertise areas include modern intellectual history, German and French history, political theory and social thought, the history of science and technology.

Baldini taught several advanced Italian courses, as well as a number of special topic courses semester to semester.

Reves teaches lower division coordinator in the German group at ASU. Her primary research interests are migration, networks and culture transfer.

Dr. Stephen Lazer is a specialist in early modern Europe. His research focuses on Germany and France, particularly the histories of borderlands, political culture, state formation, and crime.
