Kalarickal's research focuses on epitaxial growth and device engineering of wide and ultra-wide band gap semiconductors for application in next generation power switching and RF/mm-wave electronics.

Anthony M. Waas is the Director of the SEMTE at Arizona State University. His current research focuses on recyclable composite materials, VTOL vehicles and computational modeling of composite aerostructures.

Dr. Wu’s research focuses on electron, phonon, and magnon transport, exploring nanoscale energy transport and conversion through first-principles approaches, as well as material thermal and electrical transport properties.
