Denise is a long time K-12 educator serving students and teachers in rural and suburban districts. Denise leads through collaborative approaches centering the student and teacher in the classroom.

Dr. Pech studies well-being in youth impacted by parental incarceration. Using critical & participatory methods like counterstorytelling, she examines pathways to well-being in families, schools, & communities.

Dr. Wagley's research examines language and reading development in children from culturally and linguistically different backgrounds using behavioral and neuroimaging approaches.

Jennifer Lichtsinn teaches early childhood classes for MLFTC at ASU. Previous work was in rural southern Arizona, teaching preschool children with special needs.
