​Evelyn Cruz is the director of the College of Law's Immigration Clinic which represents foreign-born foster children in immigration matters. She teaches and writes about immigration and legal education.

Juan Rocha is an attorney in private practice. For six years, he was a federal public defender. He practices immigration and criminal law. He has written extensively about crimmigration law. He is a lecturer at the ASU School of Law.

Matthew Smoldt is a PhD candidate specializing in the study of migration, immigration policy, and international finance.
