Telep's research focuses on synthesizing research to assess what works in policing; partnering with agencies to examine the impact of police practices on crime, disorder and citizen perceptions of legitimacy.

Marcus is a third-year Sociology Ph.D. student. His work focuses on the NBA, Black community empowerment, and racial justice. He currently works as a Doctoral Research Assistant at the BRIDGS Initiative.

Jason Weber is a nationally recognized leader in crime prevention and public safety, with 30+ years of experience in law enforcement, campus safety, and community-focused training.
