Telep's research focuses on synthesizing research to assess what works in policing; partnering with agencies to examine the impact of police practices on crime, disorder and citizen perceptions of legitimacy.

Marcus’s work focuses on the NBA, Black community empowerment, and racial justice. He’s a Doctoral Research Assistant at the Center for Work and Democracy.

Jason worked full time in law enforcement from 1990 - 2018. Between 2018-2023 he oversaw the specialized public safety training at a college in Green Bay.
