Elizabeth Sheets is an Editor Associate for Knowledge Enterprise’s Research Technology Office at Arizona State University. There she edits journal manuscripts and grant proposals for ASU faculty and research staff. Elizabeth earned her B.A. in English, Creative Writing and her M.A. in Narrative Studies from Arizona State University. From 2017 through 2023, Elizabeth was an Editor Associate to Dr. Joshua LaBaer (Biodesign Institute, ASU), Associate Editor of the Journal of Proteome Research.
In the summer of 2013, Elizabeth’s short story “The Other Wife” was published in Black Fox Literary Magazine. She kept in contact with the publication and its editors, and started reading and copyediting for them in 2014. In January, 2021, Elizabeth became the Managing Editor for Black Fox. She works closely with their small staff to publish biannual issues filled with a diverse collection of the finest seasoned and emerging voices in fiction, nonfiction, and poetry.
Elizabeth's fiction, nonfiction, and poetry appear in Kalliope – A Consortium of New Voices,Black Fox Literary Magazine, Mulberry Fork Review, and Apeiron Review.
