As a dedicated university educator, I am passionate about empowering students to contribute to a healthier society through thoughtful education and innovative course design. I strive to teach with sound educational theories, accessible content, and course designs that enhance both cognitive and affective learning. My commitment to diversity means creating educational opportunities for all, and I am continually inspired by the accountability and energy students bring to my classes. My goal is to leave a lasting impression on students by sharing knowledge and demonstrating my passion for education, health, and science.

Having spent my life in the desert Southwest, I am proud to call Phoenix my home for nearly a decade. As a first-generation college student, I worked diligently in my studies, developing both a love for education and a talent for teaching. I am particularly intrigued by public health, health education across the lifespan, and the intersection of science and technology. At ASU, I embrace the university's mission to advance inclusivity and innovation, finding the perfect balance of teaching, service, and leadership. Working with remarkable students and colleagues brings joy to my career.
