My name is Amanda Miller, and I am proud to be an alumni of Arizona State University. I am an AZ native and received a Bachelor's Degree in Agribusiness from Arizona State University, and my Masters in Education from Purdue Global (formally Kaplan University). I am certified to teach math grades 6-12. This will be my sixteenth year teaching and my second year at Tonopah Valley High School as the pre-calculus/trigonometry and calculus teacher. I have taught at the high school level for the last 10 years.
I have a true passion for working with high school students. I strive to create a community of learners that nurtures growth in a positive, fun environment. I specialize in small group instruction.
Personally, I have been married for 21 glorious years and have three fantastic children who are 29,20, and 17 years old. I also enjoy reading, cooking, music, relaxing at the beach, and spending time with friends and family.
