Bankim Pandya

Having contributed to the success of executives and leaders in large multinational corporations all over the world for the last 30 years, Bankim (Ben) Pandya is energetically passionate to contribute to higher education and lead the future leaders towards creating and developing "One Leader at a time, One inclusive Community at a time" to help more leaders live more, thrive more and empower more. 

During this journey, Pandya collated and learned from the environment and a leader he followed only to write, publish and share his book: "Legacy Forward Made Easy." 

Pandya also ended up giving a real-life story in a TEDx talk titled: Is medicine the only cure?

He is an instructor in the College of Integrative Sciences and Arts at Arizona State University.
