Lynette Shaw-Smith started at Arizona State University in August 2015. Because of her experience with ESL and developmental English, she was hired to teach WAC 107, ENG 107, and ENG 108, writing classes for international students.
She has also been named to the Barrett Honors Faculty due to her previous work with honors students in her classes.
Because she enjoys working with students, she invites them to join her family for American experiences, like dinner at many types of restuarants, bowling, mini golf, and holiday events.
