  • Cynthia Padavano is currently an Instructional Designer with EdPlus Digital Learning (EDL). Being a part of ASU since 2014, she has held previous positions with ASU's Enterprise Technology (ET) and Global Launch (GL).
  • Friedrich's research areas include world Englishes, sociolinguistics, disability studies, peace and diplomacy. Her teaching includes the courses History of English, Sociolinguistics and Forensic Linguistics.
  • Shaw-Smith teaches WAC 107, ENG 17, and ENG 108. Shaw-Smith has many years of experience teaching International students at all ages and all levels.
  • I'm from Atlanta, but I've lived in Tempe for almost 20 years. I teach ESL to adult learners, and I train and certify ESL teachers. As an instructional designer, I've worked in both higher education and corporate settings.
