Debra Hagler PhD, RN, ACNS-BC, CNE, CHSE, ANEF, FAAN is a Clinical Professor in the Edson College of Nursing and Health Innovation and a Barrett Faculty Honors Advisor.
Professor Hagler is board certified as a clinical nurse specialist in adult health and certified in both nursing education and healthcare simulation. She teaches graduate-level courses and serves as Edson College's Lead Faculty Honors Advisor. She has been honored for her scholarship and national service in the areas of professional credentialing and faculty development by election as a fellow to the American Academy of Nursing and to the National League for Nursing's Academy of Nursing Education. Students at ASU selected Dr. Hagler to receive the Centennial Professorship Award in 2024.
