Jeremy Rodrigues is the Senior Director of Global Risk & Resilience at Oura, where he
leads efforts to protect the company’s people, assets, and operations while building a
culture of preparedness, security, and resilience across the organization. Jeremy also
serves as a faculty associate at Arizona State University’s School of Public Affairs,
where he teaches undergraduate courses in homeland security and intelligence studies.
He previously held senior leadership roles at Excelerate Energy, Pratt & Whitney (a
Raytheon Technologies business), and The Boeing Company. Prior to transitioning to
the private sector, Jeremy served at the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of
Diplomatic Security, the U.S. Department of Energy’s Lawrence Livermore National
Laboratory, and as a U.S. Border Patrol agent. He is a retired U.S. Coast Guard
Reserve officer and a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom, having held leadership
roles across the Coast Guard’s law enforcement, intelligence, defense operations, and
international affairs communities.
Jeremy holds the Certified Protection Professional (CPP) credential from ASIS
International, widely regarded as the gold standard for security executives. He serves
on the Board of Directors for Hostage US, a nonprofit that supports American hostages,
wrongful detainees, and their families. He also serves on the Advisory Council for ASU’s
School of Public Affairs and is a member of the International Security Management
Association (ISMA). In addition, Jeremy volunteers as a career readiness coach for
FourBlock, helping veterans navigate the transition to meaningful civilian careers.
His academic background includes a Master of Arts in Global Affairs and Management
from Arizona State University’s Thunderbird School of Global Management, a Master of
Science in Homeland Security from San Diego State University, and a Bachelor of Arts
in International Security and Conflict Resolution, also from San Diego State University.
He is a graduate of the ISMA Senior Executive Leadership Program at Northwestern
University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Jeremy lives in The Woodlands, Texas, with his wife, Marcela, and their three children.
