Zenan Zhou is an assistant professor in the Department of Supply Chain Management. His research interests include transportation and retail operations, innovative technologies and practices in supply chains, as well as OM-IS interfaces related to platform operations, information sharing, and technology management. His work has appeared in the Production and Operations Management, Journal of Business Logistics, and other journals.
