Zenan Zhou is an assistant professor in the Department of Supply Chain Management. His research focuses on the impact of information technology and innovation on supply chains, with a particular emphasis on innovative applications in transportation, retailing, and platform operations, and their intersections. His work has appeared in the Production and Operations Management, Decision Sciences, Journal of Business Logistics, and other journals.
