I'm passionate about helping businesses flourish, and I do it by blending smart strategy with a personal touch. As a Business Consultant, I've learned that behind every spreadsheet and project plan, there are real people with real dreams for their business.
My journey started with college internships, where I discovered my knack for bringing diverse teams together to create success. Now, I use that skill every day to turn complex challenges into clear, actionable plans. I'm the person who gets excited about finding the perfect solution that fits like a glove – because no two businesses are alike.
I believe in keeping things simple but impactful. Whether I'm crunching numbers or brainstorming with a client, my goal is always the same: to cut through the noise and finding out what truly matters in order to focus on it.
I believe it can be achieved in this simple step by step process:

As to what really gets me out of bed in the morning?
Sometimes It's the 'aha!' moments when a strategy clicks into place, or when a team realizes they can achieve more than they ever thought possible. Other times, it is to see what amazing things happen when awesome people work together!

- KPMG Qatar - Strategy Advisory Intern
- Developed a real time understanding of a role as a consultant to clients with different backgrounds in the middle eastern market. Worked on multiple aspects of different projects by providing valuable due diligence, market research, financial evaluations, and prospective solutions.
- Mainly assigned to the QatarRail Operations advisory team, which helped QRail develop its management structure into a more efficient entity by finding and bridging gaps in its’ operations to meet their vision. Developed the security procedure and assisted in developing a standardization of all documents in an easy to adapt format.
- Carried out an import export analysis of different products and services which get value added in Qatar for a warehousing client, intended for developing value-added warehousing to create an increase in revenue and secondary industry development.
- Researched on the transactions of various Stock Exchanges across the world for an Internal Thought Leadership
- Researched on prospective clients & clientele for Environment, Social, Governance (ESG) related Investments
- NGL Transportation - Lead Business Strategy Operations via ASU
- Aimed to develop a technology roadmap for NGL Transportation by helping NGL in analyzing the processes currently employed by them in their trucking operations, understanding the possible gaps and providing them with possible solutions.
- Led a team of 4 and provided NGL with an outline of multiple solutions for an information gap diagnosed in their container drop/pick up process while combatting issues with end-to-end tracking, stagnant shipping, and port congestion.
- Designed and presented a prototype of a dashboard which solved most of their operational delays. The client appreciated the prototype and its functionalities. It was a perfectly tailored solution our team came up with after extensive understanding of the company's operations.
- Assisted NGL to gain an understanding of what technology its competitors use aligned with the technologies which are available or being developed but also provide recommendations.
- Waters Business Consulting Group - Associate Business Consultant
- Managed numerous clients across various industries from Restoration Services to Occupier only Real Estate agents. Advised and assisted my clients in various challenges and presenting viable tailored solutions and provide guidance in implementation of the same. General Deliverables included:
- Designing and implementing KPIs, OKRs o Business dashboards, sales and Business Pipeline trackers, financial forecasting models, with analysts
- Building workflows, Organization charts.
- Building proposals for new clients, meeting agendas for weekly client consulting sessions.
- Strengthened operational structures for clients and internal teams, improving efficiency and scalability.
