Long Bio
Elisa's pursuing a Master's degree in Global Management at Thunderbird, ranked #1 in management and international trade. She holds an assistant project manager position at The Difference Engine, an organization focused on empowering communities to build solutions and services! She's also the co-creator of the Women's Power and Influence Index, a benchmarking tool utilized by Fortune 500 companies. Elisa possesses experience in diverse sectors, including government policy, education-focused initiatives, and nonprofit organizations.
Before her current endeavors, she graduated summa cum laude from Barrett, the Honors College of Arizona State University, with a BS in sociology and minors in organizational leadership, political science, and justice studies. Alongside her academic pursuits, she held both club and work leadership positions and was an 8-semester Dean's List honoree & Mouer Award recipient.
