I have over 30 years of IT experiences, in government, private industry, and academia. I have worked in areas of IT infrastructure, network and telecommunications, cybersecurity, applications development, project management, IT service management and IT governance.

For the past 25 years, I also have been teaching a large variety of undergraduate and graduate level information technology courses online and in classrooms, and have developed various courses for a number of higher education institutions both in the US and in Europe.
