Jessica Quesada is a two-time master’s graduate, with an MBA and Master of Legal Studies in Business Law and Corporate & Healthcare Compliance, and higher education professional at Arizona State University whose work centers on student leadership, advocacy, and academic advancement.
Prior to the completion of her degrees, Jessica gained professional experience with Apple Inc, where she developed expertise in consultative problem-solving, client engagement, and performance within a high-accountability environment, working with 30+ education accounts weekly and overseeing a regional team of Campus Leaders. Working for a globally recognized organization known for innovation and operational excellence strengthened her ability to communicate complex information clearly, navigate fast-paced settings, and deliver strategic, solution-oriented support. The experience refined her capacity to balance measurable outcomes with a people-centered approach — skills that now translate directly into her work with students.
During her time at Arizona State University, she actively participated in initiatives that enhanced student engagement and fostered community impact. Her contributions included serving as Student Lead at Changemaker Central, Senate President at the Undergraduate Student Government (Polytechnic), and serving on various University Boards and Committees. Her leadership was recognized through the ASU Pitchfork Awards, where she was named Outstanding Undergraduate Student Leader, and through the Cooley Community Impact Award on the ASU Polytechnic Campus for her contributions to campus and community initiatives. She was later selected as a Finalist for Outstanding Graduate Student Leader, reflecting sustained involvement across both undergraduate and graduate communities.
Now, in her current role as a Success Coach with EdPlus, Jessica supports students in navigating academic pathways, strengthening goal alignment, and building long-term professional readiness. Her approach emphasizes structure, accountability, and strategic growth. Concurrently, she continues to expand her academic foundation through additional coursework that strengthens her analytical and scientific acumen, aligning with her long-term interest in leadership at the intersection of education, business, and healthcare systems. Across each stage of her career, she remains committed to advancing opportunity, cultivating resilience, and helping others achieve meaningful progress.
