Reach Operations Manager / Program Manager, joined the ASU Reach Institute team in 2003. She provides financial oversight and budget planning for Reach. She has directed sample acquisition and data collection for 20+ NIH-funded research projects. Monique has specific expertise in recruiting, retention, and data collection with Latinx, bereaved, and divorced families in intervention studies. She also coordinates the training and implementation for several evidence-based intervention programs, which include Bridges, NBP, and Resilient Parenting for Bereaved Families.
