Susan Wynn's background is in information, data, and project management. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (CCP), and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

As Senior Director in the Office of Global Academic Initiatives, Kaech leads a number of special projects to improve operations, as well as providing continued leadership for the programs and services of Global Launch.
