Dr. Snell has over a decade of experience in Higher Ed. She has worked at a for-profit education company along with three universities in different regions around the US. The universities varied from land grant (Clemson U) and state institution (ASU) to a private university (Bentley U).

Research Interests
Her interdisciplinary research interest explores the intersection(s) of language, technology and culture through examination of both the rhetorical and phenomenological functions of existing and emerging new media and channels of mass communication that facilitate accessibility, such as captioning, for marginalized groups.
