Allison Shive is the IT Project Manager for Fulton Schools of Engineering, Engineering Technical Services. In her role she manages a portfolio of projects related to custom web application development, software integrations, hardware/server management, cloud classroom support, and business/process improvements. With a varied background in non-profit management, online education portfolio management, and EdTech, she enjoys applying her passion for organizational and change management to the ever changing landscape of IT. Allison is certified with the Project Management Institute as a PMP, and is constantly looking for ways to contextualize the "ideal" project and people management principles into the real world.
In her spare time, Allison teaches group fitness classes and enjoy spending as much time as possible outside with her spouse, and their spirited rescue dog, Waffles.
