Passionate about optimizing human performance through a fusion of sports science, performance nutrition, and clinical exercise physiology, I am a dedicated professional at the intersection of athletic enhancement and overall well-being. With a foundation in Sports and Exercise Science, I have honed expertise in analyzing movement patterns and designing periodized training programs, while specializing in crafting evidence-based performance nutrition plans to fuel peak performance and expedite recovery for athletes across various disciplines.
Currently pursuing an MS in Clinical Exercise Physiology, I am also deeply involved in cutting-edge hydration science research at the Dr. Stavros Kavouras' Hydration Science Lab. As a graduate research associate, my research focuses on the relationship between hydration, performance, and overall health. This experience has allowed me to learn advanced laboratory techniques, including Copeptin analysis and the use of specialized equipment like the Osmometer Advanced instrument, enhancing my understanding of how optimal hydration impacts athletic performance and recovery.
Driven by a commitment to advancing sports science, performance nutrition, and hydration research, I integrate these disciplines to empower individuals and teams to achieve their full potential while promoting long-term health and injury prevention in both athletic and clinical settings.
