The Multimedia Developer Lead designs, develops and delivers visual, multimedia, animation, sound and graphics elements in support of website, UI/UX, 7 screen dashboard designs, scientific journals and papers, exhibits and news releases while leading a team of graphic and interaction designers and student designers at Decision Theater.

Skills and expertise
The Multimedia Developer Lead designs, creates and delivers visuals that enhance science communications and user interface designs.
Develops layout design and concept, selects and secures appropriate illustrative, photographic and sound materials; evaluates and modifies media materials to achieve desired objectives and results.
Formats include web, UI/UX design, video shooting and editing, atmospheric graphics, including a video display wall.
Determines format, approach, content, level and medium to most effectively achieve desired results; develops and/or incorporates 2D or 3D animation as appropriate.
Serves as producer and/or director of video and still photographic events; schedules equipment, selects location(s) and develops storyboard; completes all post production editing and/or integration of elements to achieve desired outcome; maintains archives of digital photographs.
Remains abreast of technology directions, initiatives and trends within scope of expertise to provide ideas, guidance and recommendations.
Mentors and cross-trains other team members in areas of knowledge.
Provides vision and support for overall project design and layout from concept to production.
