Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Construction Management and Technology at Arizona State University, he combines a strong educational background with extensive practical expertise.

Shivendu has successfully led multi-million dollar construction projects in Dubai, including roads, residential buildings, and complex infrastructure developments, demonstrating a proven ability to manage teams, control costs, and ensure quality and safety compliance. His role as Construction Manager involved overseeing operations on projects valued at over $180 million, where he consistently achieved cost savings and timely completions.

With a deep understanding of project management principles, risk management, and procurement strategies, Shivendu excels at navigating the complexities of large-scale projects. His skills encompass a wide range of areas, including road and pavement works, building works, wastewater networks, NDRC works and all sort of heavy civil works.
