Earned a doctoral candidacy status after passing provisioned prospectus titled "Evolving in the shadows: A Netnographic Study of Illicit Communities on the Dark Web."
Moe's research interest areas are:
Dark Web research, Computer-mediated communications, critical cultural studies, special topics including LGBTQ+, health communication, advertisement and marketing research, popular culture studies, and sports communications.
