Matthew Feller

Matthew is a PMP and Prosci-certified project manager in Arizona State University's College of Integrative Sciences and Arts (CISA). Working in the dean's office, Matthew leads strategic initiative projects that manage change and drive organizational growth. He also brings his real-world expertise into the classroom as an instructor, teaching courses in project management, organizational behavior, change management, and innovation within CISA’s School of Applied Professional Studies.

Matthew's career journey has been anything but ordinary. After earning his bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Northern Arizona University's Franke College of Business, he embarked on a diverse professional path that included roles in hospitality, education, and nonprofit organizations. From managing business growth on a remote ranch in the middle of the forest to directing statewide educational programs like the Arizona Spelling Bee, Matthew's versatile background has consistently centered on driving innovation, building authentic relationships, and fostering organizational success. After a decade in the workforce, Matthew joined the dynamic team at CISA and shortly after completed his Master of Organizational Leadership degree at NAU.

Outside the office and classroom, Matthew is a husband, father, outdoor adventurer, and lifelong learner. In a polarized and sometimes chaotic world, he believes in the power of understanding our own internal locus of control, maintaining a growth mindset, and creating joy and laughter everywhere we can.
