Originally from the great state of Iowa, I graduated from Arizona State University with a Dual B.A. in History and Anthropology in 2010 and 2012 respectively. I am an alumni of the Sun Devil Marching Band, where I acted as Baritone/Euphonium Section Leader for 3 years. Additionally, I was an active member of Kappa Kappa Psi honorary band fraternity, where I served a term as Vice President of Service. I also performed washboard percussion for the Dixie Devils Traditional Jazz Band, and was a member of the ASU Men's Chorus. In 2026, I returned to ASU for a Masters of Education, before joining the team at ASU EdPlus as an Enrollment Coach.
Across my 15+ years experience as an educator, coach, and team builder, I guided high-volume cohorts toward success in performing arts, educational, and retail customer-facing environments, with a focus on discipline, execution, and teamwork. As a secondary teacher, I focused on developing curriculum, managing in-person and online learning platforms, and helping students overcome academic barriers.
I believe myself to be a team player, with a proven track record in retail sales leadership, team development, and fast-paced operational strategy. I thrive in roles that blend relationship-building, proactive communication, and student or customer advocacy, and am powered by a lifelong love for music, history, and sports.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my cat Minnie (Mouse), supporting Phoenix-area sports teams, going to concerts, and watching F1 and Indycar racing.
