Sandra N. Mayol-Kreiser is the Assistant Dean of Faculty Success and a Clinical Professor in the College of Health Solutions at Arizona State University (ASU). Sandra received her bachelor's degree from Baylor University and both her master's and doctoral degrees in nutrition from Texas Women's University. Mayol-Kreiser is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and completed her dietetic internship training at Baylor Medical Center in Dallas, TX. She is also a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC). Mayol-Kreiser has been teaching at ASU since August 2006. Prior to coming to ASU, she worked as a quality coordinator at San Pablo Medical Center in Puerto Rico, as Cardiac Transplant Dietitian at Saint Francis Medical Center in Oklahoma, and as a dietitian at Chandler Regional Medical Center in Arizona. Currently, she teaches Medical Nutrition Therapy courses, Geriatric Nutrition, Nutrition Focused Physical Assessment at ASU. Mayol-Kreiser's research interests include but are not limited to preventive care, chronic disease management, longevity and nutrition support.
