Started my teaching profession in 2001 as a special education teacher for self contained and inclusion high school students in San Diego California. I was a paraprofessional from 1980 - 2001 with special education field.

Samantha Perkins is the asst director of online learning communities, InnovationSpace co-director, & Industrial Design faculty at The Design School. Her research focuses on equitable online learning experiences.

Ashlee is an instructor in the Success by Design Department. She has been at Arizona State University since 2019.

Lisa McCray Cannon is an Implementation Coach with the Next Education Workforce. Prior to working at ASU, Lisa was a school principal, instructional coach, professional development specialist and classroom teacher.

Kelly McElwain earned her BA from the University of San Diego and her MA from ASU. She teaches ENG 101 in the Writers' Studio, a fully online first-year composition program in the College of Interactive Sciences and Arts.
