Jaclyn Campbell is an Instructional Designer with Arizona State University’s Learning Enterprise, where she supports the Universal Pathways team in designing engaging, accessible, and learner-centered experiences that expand access to higher education. Her work focuses on AI-enabled course design, accessibility remediation, and scalable learning systems that support both learner success and instructional efficiency. She designs and facilitates workshops, trainings, and collaborative sessions that help designers and educators apply AI-enabled and accessibility-focused practices in their daily work, translating emerging technologies and standards into practical, course-ready solutions.
Jaclyn brings a broad professional background to her role, with experience spanning education, professional development, and instructional design. Earlier in her career, she spent over a decade working in K–12 learning environments, where she led professional learning, mentored colleagues, and supported teams in implementing accessible instructional practices. She has also worked in banking, marketing, and sports event coordination, including with the Ladies Professional Golf Association. These experiences continue to shape her systems-oriented, human-first approach to learning design.
In her current work, Jaclyn focuses on adult learning, accessibility as a design practice, and the responsible use of emerging tools, including agentic AI workflows, to support scalable learning experiences. She is especially interested in opportunities to collaborate, present, facilitate workshops, and contribute to conversations around AI-enabled learning design and accessibility.
