Megan Revord is HR Training and Development within University Business Services. She oversees the development of training programs within operations that include auxiliaries, parking and transit, supply chain, sustainability practices and risk management. Megan has also developed onboarding strategy, new hire orientation, job shadowing, succession planning and new leader assimilation to support the strategic growth of UBS staff. Megan is a certified DiSC Professional Behavior Practitioner (CPBP) for ASU and holds a Change Management Specialist certification.
Megan graduated from Colorado State University with a BA in English and Secondary Education. Revord holds a Masters in English and her capstone focused on digital literacies of the adult learner. In 2025, Megan graduated from Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law with a Masters of Legal Studies in intellectual property law and Healthcare Compliance. She is also a member of the Association for Talent Development and eLearning Guild.
