Brian K. Goodman is a literary historian of the Cold War and its aftermath. His research explores how dissenting writers have shaped our ideas about human rights, censorship, and free expression.

Kathleen Hicks is Director of Online Programs, Department of English. Her expertise is online education and American lit. She is associate editor for Steinbeck Review and President of the International Steinbeck Society.
