Kim is a public management scholar with interests in collaborative governance, local government, public participation, intergovernmental relations, and democracy and public administration.

Fraser’s research specializations include disaster response and recovery, emergency management policy, maternal-infant health in crises, disaster volunteer management, and mental health and wellbeing after hazard events.

Anne Snell is a Ph.D. student in Public Administration and Policy at ASU School of Public Affairs and Graduate Student Fellow at the Center for Organization Research and Design (CORD).

Paul Bentley, Ph.D. serves as an Assistant Teaching Professor for the Arizona State University School of Public Affairs, and he is a member of the Next Generation Service Corps (NGSC) leadership team.
