Tipeng Chen is a PhD student in Public Administration and Policy at the School of Public Affairs. His research focuses on public management, state-citizen interaction, local government, and climate adaption.

Kim is a public management scholar with interests in collaborative governance, local government, citizen-state interactions, and democracy and public administration.

Fraser’s research focuses on disaster response and recovery, emergency management policy, maternal-infant health in crises, volunteer management, and mental health and wellbeing in the aftermath of hazard events.

Anne Snell is a Ph.D. student in Public Administration and Policy at ASU School of Public Affairs and Graduate Student Fellow at the Center for Organization Research and Design (CORD).

Paul Bentley, Ph.D. serves as an Assistant Teaching Professor for the Arizona State University School of Public Affairs, and he is a member of the Next Generation Service Corps (NGSC) leadership team.
