Christian Osmeña is vice president for enterprise planning. He is also a professor of practice in the Watts College of Public Service and Community Solutions and the Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College.

Experienced city manager with an interest in international programs. Active in the International City/County Management Association for many years and participated in study programs to Japan, India, Israel, and Ireland.

Adam studies the policy processes associated with public infrastructure investment, particularly the relationship between the design of the institutions responsible for water infrastructure and system sustainability.

Lee is interested in the areas of public management, organizational behavior, human resource management, and diversity, equity and inclusion.
