Jason Caslor is currently an associate professor of music and the director of bands at ASU where he directs the wind ensemble, mentors graduate conducting students, and teaches undergraduate and graduate conducting courses.

Ashcraft has a global reputation for his pioneering work to advance the understanding of and effective practice for leaders of nonprofit/philanthropic organizations.

Belgrave has worked as a music therapist in special education, mental health, rehabilitation, hospice, geriatric, and intergenerational settings throughout Texas, Florida, Kansas, and Missouri.

Matthew has over 15 years of experience in program evaluation. He has worked with the Administration for Native Americans, Peace Corps, and is currently working in ASU's Education for Humanity program.
