The author of "Liberalism and Prostitution" and co-author of "The Legalization of Drugs," de Marneffe received his Ph.D. in Philosophy from Harvard University and joined the faculty of ASU in 1989.

McGregor’s current research interests are focused on a number of questions in moral and legal philosophy, in particular she is now working on a multi-year project on food justice.

Professor McJunkin teaches and writes in the areas of criminal law and procedure, with particular focus on the criminalization of sexual violence and the criminalization and policing of unhoused individuals.
