Mary Laski a research assistant professor at Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College and a research principal at the Center on Reinventing Public Education. Her research focuses on the educator workforce.

Bezem’s current research focuses on how local government support and accountability policies can enable organizational change in schools and influence the dynamics between districts and school leadership.
