Long Bio
Dr. Alysha Ryder-Madanat has been in education for the last 18 years teaching elementary math, mentoring first and second year teachers and being a math coach for a local school district. Since moving over to ASU, Dr. Alysha has been teaching in the ASU Teaching Fellows Program for Paraeducators.
She received her Doctorate Degree focusing on Formative Assessment and Small Group Instruction. Dr. Alysha wants to help future teachers be the best teachers they can be in their careers. Her additional interests involve student engagement strategies in the classroom and how to use data to drive instruction.
