  • Graham studies how writing develops, how to teach it effectively, and how writing can be used to support reading and learning.
  • Dr. Harris is ASU Regents Professor Emeritus. Teaching children in poverty or with disabilities created a commitment to social justice and EBPs. Her research focuses on SRSD for reading and writing and PD for SRSD.
  • Kate Anderson is the Editor of the journal Linguistics and Education and teaches both graduate qualitative research methods courses and linguistics courses in educating multilingual learners.
  • Lindsey Moses is a former elementary teacher of multilingual learners and is passionate about supporting literacy instruction in diverse classrooms.
  • Ying-Chih Chen's research agenda focuses on how teachers use student scientific uncertainty as a pedagogical resource to facilitate students' practices of argumentation, Sensemakign, and modeling.
  • Dickens currently teaches a wide variety of Writing Programs classes at ASU-Tempe, including ENG 101, 102, 107, 108, 301, 302 and WAC 107. She specializes in business writing and L2 writing.
